Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and development teams.
- Identify project risks and issues, devising mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with technical leads to ensure alignment between project objectives and technical execution.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum and continuous improvement.
- Manage resource allocation and scheduling, ensuring optimal productivity and project progress.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing stakeholders with regular updates and insights
Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Project Management and Process Improvement within the IT industry;
- Strong time and risk management skills;
- Strong task formulation and distribution skills;
- Experience in an Agile development setting.
- Good English language skills;
